Acheson Doyle Partners was Architect of Record for this office space located on the 84th floor of the World Trade Center. ADP prepared construction drawings, coordinated filing and approval with the Port Authority and oversaw all construction. The space, which functioned as a sales center for a new condominium building under construction several blocks away, featured private offices, a kitchen, media room and communal areas. Three model units with bedroom and living room representations were constructed and furnished at full scale within the space. Design elements include wood cabinetry, marble counter tops and stone flooring throughout. ADP designed a round theater central to the office to be used for presentations. Fabric-wrapped wall panels provide acoustical protection for different spaces throughout the office. March & White was the interior design firm.
