Acheson Doyle Partners was the Architect of Record for the conversion of a 41-story, 408 unit rental apartment building to a 326-unit luxury condominium in Manhattan’s upper east side. Pre-construction services included preparation of the Description of the Property and Specifications Report and a Zoning Analysis as well as a successful City Planning Commission Submission to reconfigure the building’s amenity spaces. ADP developed new combination apartment units, was responsible for all apartment renovation and new apartment construction, and oversaw all building-wide renovation work including the lobby, Health Club, new spa, meeting rooms, rear garden and new rooftop garden. ADP developed the design for a lobby Cafe and the design for the penthouse condominium. Interior finishes for typical units, lobby, spa and other amenity spaces were coordinated with Bonetti Kozerski Studio.
