737 Park Avenue

Acheson Doyle Partners was the restoration architect for this luxury condominium residence owned by Macklowe Properties. The building’s Art Deco façade is made of traditional red brick, a limestone base, and a marble lobby; all classic architectural features of pre-war buildings of its time. ADP was responsible for restoring the building’s exterior elements (windows, masonry restoration, and iron work) and worked to repair many of these original details. These sensitive interventions updated a traditional Art Deco building and restored its status along the hallowed Park Avenue.
