Acheson Doyle Partners provided zoning consultation services for Macklowe Properties in repositioning their public plaza at the GM Building (now owned by Boston Properties). ADP conducted a complete survey of the building to quantify the existing zoning floor area (ZFA) to identify any surplus ZFA that could be developed. The analysis provided the foundation for filling in the previous below-grade retail concourse for a new public plaza and Apple Store. ADP consulted for Apple’s architectural team throughout the project.
