Macklowe Properties Consulting

Acheson Doyle Partners provided zoning consultation services for Macklowe Properties in repositioning the public plaza at the former GM Building at 767 Fifth Avenue (now owned by a partnership including Boston Properties). ADP conducted a complete survey of the building to quantify the existing zoning floor area (ZFA) to identify any surplus ZFA that could be developed. The analysis provided the foundation for filling in the original below-grade retail concourse for a new public plaza and what would become New York City’s first Apple Store. ADP consulted for Apple’s architectural team throughout the project.
