Acheson Doyle Partners restored and renovated the former Webster Hotel, a 1904 National Register Property, into a new Club Quarters Hotel. The design involved a full renovation of the 12-story building and penthouse building shell. Significant architectural details of the original building were carefully preserved and restored at the ground floor as well as in individual rooms. The scope of work included a complete facade restoration, new roof, additional hotel rooms, and relocation of the Club Bar. The hotel features a formal dining room, club lounge and banquet facilities. ADP also provided similar architectural services for Club Quarters locations in Downtown Manhattan, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
