Acheson Doyle Partners led the design and construction of this full floor, 5,400 sf penthouse of a Manhattan Upper East Side luxury condominium. Floor to ceiling windows and two spacious terraces totaling 3,400 sf afford 360 degree views of Manhattan. The apartment features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a Great Room with a double side fireplace clad in Magny Le Louvre French limestone, a large, eat-in SieMatic kitchen with Bianco River Silestone and Pietra Cardosa stone counters, and a vaulted entry foyer. Other finishes include wide-plank quarter-sawn white oak floors in the Great Room, bedrooms and kitchen, Ivory Travertine and Namibia White marble flooring in the entry foyer, and Ivory Travertine and Cappuccino Onyx clad walls in the master bathroom with Ivory Travertine flooring. Walls and floors in the apartment’s other bathrooms are finished in a variety of rich marble and glass tiles. The terraces, with landscaping by Dirtworks Landscape Architecture, are covered with Ipe wood tiles and granite pavers; plantings are set in Ipe clad custom planters.
