Murray-Weigel Hall, Fordham University

In 2009, ADP provided comprehensive architectural services for the renovation of this campus residence for the Jesuit Retirement Community at Fordham University. The scope of the initial planning work involved upgrades to guest rooms; bathrooms; improved circulation; a new roof deck; cafeteria; ADA accessible entry; landscaped gardens; new elevators and upgraded mechanical system. Portions of the plan were implemented in 2011 including reconfiguration and accessibility upgrades to the entry courtyard, a new elevator within the building, and the addition of a solarium to the refectory.
