Acheson Doyle Partners provided zoning review services for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in conjunction with the museum’s recent expansion. The scope of work included a zoning analysis of the existing facility and property parameters, Department of Buildings research and field surveys. ADP’s zoning study positioned MoMA for the development of the site located to the west of the existing museum and the Museum of American Folk Art, which is on the same zoning lot.
