Museum of Modern Art

Acheson Doyle Partners provided zoning review services for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in conjunction with the museum’s last expansion. The scope of work included a zoning analysis of the existing facility and property parameters, Department of Buildings research and field surveys. ADP’s zoning study positioned MoMA for the development of the site, part of the same zoning lot and formerly the home of the Museum of American Folk Art.
