Since 2007, Acheson Doyle Partners has worked on a series of projects at the New York Marriott Marquis hotel in Times Square. The scope of work began with a Zoning Analysis of the Building, revealing a surplus area in the hotel that could be re-allocated. The Hotel’s office spaces were relocated to the top floor and expanded, freeing up area in the lower floors for tenant usage. Acheson Doyle designed and built out space for retail stores in the building’s shopping concourse. Additionally, ADP completed a new Ticket Box Office and Marquis signage on the 46th street side entrance. In 2011, ADP created 16 new guest rooms on the 37th and 38th floors as a result of the original Zoning survey. In 2013, ADP renovated the 6th floor ballroom and 8th floor main lobby. Subsequent work includes interior upgrades to circulation, public and meeting room areas on several of the conference floors.
