ADP led the renovation of this 28,000 sf, 5-story building that was originally a school and rectory. Located in New York City’s landmark Noho district, The Sheen Center now functions as a conference center and outreach post for the Archdiocese of New York. Transforming the building into a contemporary multipurpose facility, ADP created new theater spaces, multi-function rooms, guest rooms, communal rooms and offices. Both a traditional auditorium/theater space and a Black Box theater were included in the design and feature state-of-the-art audiovisual and lighting systems. Exterior renovations include a new marquee marking the entrance to the auditorium, masonry repairs, a clean facade, and new windows and doors.
