Located at Crozier Fine Arts in Newark, New Jersey, this two-floor renovation serves as the off site conservation laboratory, art collections storage, and library facility for the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. ADP served as Architect-of-Record for this project which occupies the 3d and 4th floors of the existing warehouse building. The space was transformed to house administrative personnel, visitor facilities, conservation laboratory, photography laboratory, high-density collection storage and a library. New, open gallery spaces are flooded with natural light. The facility has museum quality lighting and HVAC/mechanical systems.
