Acheson Doyle Partners provided architectural services for the interior design renovation of this existing artist’s loft converted into a condominium with a full kitchen, bathroom and storage space. Enlarging an existing opening in the masonry bearing wall freed up floor space and brought in daylight. The loft retains the original 12-foot high ceiling and exposed brick finishes. The kitchen, bathroom and walk-in-closet were envisioned as individual rooms within the larger loft space. Two wall mounted, white wood panels at the rear of the loft serve as display areas for paintings in progress.
