Greenwich Village Loft
This 2,700 sf downtown Manhattan loft, facing the newly refurbished Hudson River Park, is the home of a publisher and his wife. Their apartment was designed to feature a double-height living room/library with a glass-floored suspended balcony that faces the river and provides access to the master suite on the mezzanine above. Another mezzanine with skylights provides a separate guest suite for family and friends. The loft’s 3rd Floor study has access to the roof deck and greenhouse, which also overlooks the Hudson River. Careful attention was given to the implementation of a state-of-the-art home theatre/audio system that were integrated with the understated design and furnishings of the interior space.
