The Epiphany School
The Epiphany School occupies two building locations on Manhattan’s East Side, a lower school at 22nd Street and an upper school at 28th Street. In 2005, they engaged Acheson Doyle Partners to deliver design and construction administration services for the renovation and expansion of both buildings. Phased over two summers, the new work included state-of-the-art science labs, art rooms, library, new classrooms, music studios, administrative offices, cafeteria spaces, and restroom facilities. In 2008, ADP prepared a study for a new Early Childcare Center in the basement of St. Stephens Church, adjacent to the Upper School. ADP prepared a schematic design and feasibility report for a 11,400 s.f. facility with 6 classrooms, common play space, offices, storage and toilet rooms.
