We work in a collaborative studio environment in New York City’s Flatiron district. Our open floor plan places senior management alongside junior staff, encouraging an accessible management structure. Our goal is to create an energetic, supportive studio culture that is as productive for our staff as it is for our clients.
Successful projects grow out of healthy organizations. In keeping with this belief, our firm sponsors an active learning program that schedules regular in-house seminars on current design, technology, regulatory and construction topics. ADP encourages all eligible professionals to seek licensure and LEED accreditation.
Community involvement is encouraged across our firm, from junior designers to principals. Many of our staff members participate in the ACE Mentoring program, where they work on teams with young people interested in architecture, construction and engineering careers.
