Our Office

We work in a collaborative studio environment in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. Our open, sunlit floor plan places the firm’s leadership alongside the staff, encouraging continuous interaction. This energetic, supportive studio culture is what makes it fun to come to work every day, and it’s what inspires us to do great work for our clients.

Successful projects grow out of healthy organizations. In keeping with this belief, ADP sponsors an active learning program on current design, technology, regulatory and construction topics for our staff. Monthly in-house project presentations keep everyone informed of the firm’s current work. We are a strong believer in mentoring. ADP has a long history of participating in the ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY, and the firm’s licensed professionals serve as mentors to the younger staff seeking licensure through NCARB’s AXP.

Community Involvement

Community involvement is encouraged across our firm, from junior designers to principals. Many of our staff members participate in the ACE Mentoring program, where they work on teams with young people interested in architecture, construction and engineering careers.
