Andy Liu is an experienced project manager of numerous Landmark-quality exterior masonry restoration and rehabilitation projects. He leads the master planning and guest room renovations at the Yale Club and is ADP’s resident expert in FISP compliance for historic New York City façades. Much of his experience at ADP revolves around the renovation of sacred spaces, including Christ’s Church in Rye, NY; the Church of the Epiphany in New York City’s Upper East Side; and Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Harlem. Andy has a Bachelor of Architecture from CUNY. You can find him and his wife walking their dog, Curry Breakfast, around Queens and on Hudson Valley trails on weekends.
