The Ritz-Carlton Hotel engaged ADP Architects to renovate over 250 hotel guest rooms and suites across 20 floors; the ground floor lobby, bar and restaurant overlooking Central Park; and the exclusive second floor spa and club lounge. The renovation, completed in collaboration with the interior design firm Gilles & Boissier, successfully incorporated the building owner’s long-term design goals, the luxury hotel chain’s standards for architectural upgrades and mechanical systems, and New York City’s current building and energy codes.

ADP renovated an existing cellar, as well as public assembly spaces, for a bright, versatile movement and fitness center, as well as finished upgrades to the hotel’s public corridors and elevator lobby. ADP provided full design and programming services for these spaces to fully achieve an aesthetic integration with previous renovations.
